  • However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for the resolution of any disputes.

13. Payment

  • “The Cloud Medical, Health, & Beauty Spa, LLC” takes payment purely through the app or website via credit card, and does not accept payment in cash, check, money order, barter, IOUs, or any other method outside of that offered through the website. 

  • By using the website or booking a service, you accept that you will be solely responsible for payment to “The Cloud Medical, Health, & Beauty Spa, LLC” through the app for services rendered.  

  • By booking services you give permission for “The Cloud Medical, Health, & Beauty Spa, LLC a” to charge your credit card for services provided.

  • “The Cloud Medical, Health, & Beauty Spa, LLC” does not bill insurance for any service provided in the course of its business.  

  • If you wish to submit for reimbursement through your health insurance provider, you will need to take your receipt and pursue reimbursement under your own volition.  “The Cloud Medical, Health, & Beauty Spa, LLC” will not make telephone calls or other communications to any health insurance provider on your behalf.

14. Scheduling

  • Although “The Cloud Medical, Health, & Beauty Spa, LLC” maintains a local phone number for administrative purposes, scheduling is accomplished solely through the online scheduling service.  

  • By using the website and booking online, you agree to follow the rules for scheduling and payment discussed herein.

  • There is a $50.00 fee for “no-show” on all appointments.

  • There is a $25.00 fee for rescheduling your appointment on the same day or rescheduling less than 24hrs in advance.



15. No Establishment of Care for Future Visits.

  • By using services provided by “The Cloud Medical, Health, & Beauty Spa, LLC” you agree that this is not meant to be a comprehensive medical evaluation and plan of care.  

  • “The Cloud Medical, Health, & Beauty Spa, LLC” is intended to provide limited care for minor or short-term issues.  

If you have chronic problems or concerns, you will be redirected to your primary care doctor in the case that you ask the “The Cloud Medical, Health, & Beauty Spa, LLC” provider to address those concerns.
